Sustainable Delivery

Due to current challenges in logistics, such as limited parcel services and flights, you may have to wait a little longer for your order. But the good news is that by shipping directly from the supplier to you, we are also contributing to a greener planet and reducing transportation and storage costs. This approach guarantees a fair price and a lower environmental impact.

As a result, the average delivery time is 5-14 days. In peak times, during illness, on public holidays or during customs checks, it can take up to 25 days. We are grateful for your patience and understanding. Your choice helps us create a sustainable future together!

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 days of placing the order and shipped immediately after processing. Orders are processed between Monday and Saturday at our distribution center.

In times of very high demand for one or more products, the processing time can be up to 5 days.

In general, we always strive to process and ship your order quickly.

Delays

97% of orders are delivered within the specified delivery period. Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is delayed. The most common reasons for delays are holidays, customs checks, courier illness or war.

Free Shipping in Switzerland

We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order FREE to your home, with no minimum order quantity.

To ensure that your order is processed correctly, it is important that your shipping information is complete and correct. Missing or incorrect information can lead to delays in delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct information. Should a package be lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs will be borne by the buyer and we cannot offer a refund.

Cancellation of your orders:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as it is sent directly to our supplier and processed. However, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods, within which you can return the order.

Lost Delivery

We are sorry that there were problems with the delivery. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Is it marked as delivered today? Sometimes the package doesn't arrive until the next day. Please give the package an extra day to make contact.
  2. After one day, contact the delivery service and ask them if they can determine if the package was misdelivered or delivered to a different location than indicated in the tracking.
  3. If this doesn't work, please contact us at info@vendizi.ch, preferably within 1 week of the delivery notification. We need to initiate an investigation and this will help to achieve a positive investigation result. (Please note that an investigation can take 3 months or longer).
  4. While investigations are not a guaranteed solution, we strive to find appropriate solutions.
  5. In case of incorrect delivery information, we cannot make a refund. We are happy to consider alternative solutions.
  6. Understanding and cooperation are important as delivery is beyond our control.

Package not accepted or not picked up at a service point

If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be offered twice, depending on the delivery service. If delivery is not successful, the package will be dropped off at your neighbors or a collection/service point and must be picked up there before it is returned.

It is important to note that not accepting or picking up the package is not a way to get a refund. The package must be delivered and returned in accordance with our return policy in order for you to get your money back.

If the package needs to be shipped again because it could not be delivered successfully, we will ship it again once at our expense. If a new shipment is necessary, we will charge the buyer the costs of 8 €.

Track your order

You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. Tracking is usually visible the next day, but may take up to 3 days after your order under certain circumstances. In addition, it may take up to 1 week for the first steps to be visible.
