Return and Exchange Policy

Return conditions:

By returning an order, you automatically accept the return conditions of www.vendizi.uk.

Time frame for returns: The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Sender's responsibility: Please note that you, as the sender, are responsible. In approximately 5 to 10% of returns, problems occur where we cannot process a refund. Please be prepared for this before sending the shipment.

Trackable shipping proof: You must send the shipping proof with a trackable shipping number to info@vendizi.uk. We can only process a refund after the tracking number shows that the package has actually been delivered.

Notification of return: Returns must be reported to us in writing via info@vendizi.uk.

Condition of the goods: The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If any damage occurs, please report it immediately with photos.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made goods and special orders cannot be returned.
  • Items of a personal nature and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and care products).
  • Goods shipped after 14 days of receipt.

Return procedure in 8 steps:

  1. Read the return conditions on this page carefully before following the steps.
  2. Contact our customer service by email at info@vendizi.uk to register a return.
  3. Contact us for the return form and fill it out completely. Include this form with the shipment.
  4. Pack your package carefully, securely, and neatly.
  5. Create a trackable shipping label with a trackable shipping number.
  6. Stick the shipping label securely to the package and send the items together with the completed return form to the return address.
  7. Send the shipping proof with the trackable shipping number to info@vendizi.uk.
  8. By sending, you agree to our conditions. We have to wait until it is shown as "delivered" in the shipment tracking. Once this is the case, we will issue a refund within 14 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • As the sender, you bear the responsibility. We want to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Refusal at the door, failure to pick up at a collection point, or return with the courier will not be accepted.
  • The costs for returning your order are always at the expense and risk of the buyer. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the return at the address mentioned above.
